Centex Properties revised fee schedule is as follows:
Single Family Residential properties using the FNMA1004 form within 50 miles of our office... $325.00
Single Family Residential properties using the FNMA 2055 or FHLMC 704 form when no interior or detailed exterior inspection are required within 50 miles of our officer... $225 With interior inspection and measurement of the subject improvements...$275
Two to Four Family Residential properties (FNMA 1025 form) within 50 miles of our office... $400.00
Condominium Properties using the FNMA 1073 form within 50 miles of our office ... $325.00
Townhomes and PUD projects requiring the PUD addendum within 50 miles of our office... $325.00
Single Family Residential properties requiring rent schedules and Income Statements... $375.00
ERC single family residential reports within 50 miles of our office ... $425.00
Field Reviews within 50 miles of our office ... $150.00 (with photos, $175)
Desk Reviews within 50 miles of our office ... $100.00
Land Appraisals within 50 miles of our officer ... $225.00 with photos ($175.00 without photos)
For properties in Brazos, Bell, Milam, Lee, Milam, Burleson, Coryell and McLennan counties our fee starts at $400 for single family, townhomes, PUDs and condominiums and $450 for small income properties. For all other area beyond 50 miles of our office add $0.25 per mile. For an exact quote please give use a call.

We do require that all appraisal assignment be made in writing and can be done via our fax line at (512) 255-6406. If you do not have an appraisal order form we will be happy to provide one for your use.
All appraisal fees are due upon receipt of the report and are considered to be past due in 30 days from receipt. A fee of 1.5% per month will be accessed on all past due accounts.
